fergana kid, still figuring out tashkent

i'm from a village in fergana. moved to tashkent about two years ago. still, honestly, figuring out this city.

there's a specific feeling to being from a small place in a big one. you know how to exist here now — the routes, the routines, what counts as normal — but some part of you is still doing the math, still slightly amazed it worked out, still half-expecting someone to ask what you're doing here.

i don't write that for sympathy. it's the opposite. that gap — kid from fergana in the capital — is fuel. it's why i build at 2am. it's why the goal was never to get rich, it was to get free, and then send some of that freedom back home. family first. then the village. then, if i'm lucky, something bigger for the whole country through tech and teaching.

big words for a guy still learning the bus routes. but you have to say the big thing out loud before you go do it. so: that. that's the plan.
